1 cup yogurt with 1 tsp baking soda

1 cup coarse semolina

1 liquid vanilla
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well and pour into a 28 cm diameter and 4 cm high baking dish.
Bake at 170 degrees until golden brown.
While still warm, pour over cold syrup made from 2 cups sugar, 2 cups water, and the peels of 3 lemons.
Boil the syrup for 10 minutes.
