Semolina Pudding with Dried Fruits

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 8 tbsp semolina
  • 8 tsp sugar
  • 8 pinches salt
  • vanilla to taste
  • 800 grams dried or canned fruits
Preparation
  1. Boil the milk with water, then add semolina, sugar, salt, vanilla, and diced fruits. The mixture should become thick and expand over time.
  2. Grease a pudding mold or any desired shape, pour in the semolina mixture, and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove and invert onto a platter. The dessert resembles a pudding or a small fancy cake.
