1/2 bunch parsley (chopped)

3 tbsp breadcrumbs

Coconut oil for greasing the pan

Sauce:

100g mayonnaise
check_circle
1 tbsp mustard
check_circle
dill
check_circle
1 clove garlic
check_circle
lemon juice
Preparation
Cook the quinoa and drain well if there is excess liquid.
Add flour, breadcrumbs, and spices to the quinoa and refrigerate.
Grate the zucchini, salt it, and after 10-15 minutes, squeeze out the water.
Finely chop the onion and sauté with the zucchini until soft.
Mix everything together and form meatballs, frying them in a greased pan until golden.
For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise with all ingredients and add a little water if needed.
