Ingredients
  • 400g pasta
  • 690g can of peas
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 25g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
Preparation
  1. Boil water for the pasta.
  2. Prepare the sauce ingredients (peas, cream cheese, pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt, black pepper) and place them in a blender.
  3. Cook the pasta.
  4. Blend the sauce ingredients until smooth.
  5. Chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
  6. Drain the pasta and add olive oil to prevent sticking.
  7. Serve on a suitable plate. Enjoy!
