Ingredients
  • 2 heads of red beetroot
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 medium celery head
  • 3 tbsp sesame tahini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • pumpkin seeds
  • lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt
Preparation
  1. Grate the vegetables using a coarse grater in a salad bowl.
  2. Season to taste with salt, lemon, olive oil, tahini, and garlic.
