100 g smoked tofu

5-6 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 cup basmati rice

2 cups water
check_circle
1/2 bunch fresh dill
Preparation
Chop all the vegetables and tofu finely and sauté in olive oil until semi-cooked. Use a deep pan.
Add salt, turmeric, and stir.
Add rice along with water and cook covered for about 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped dill.
