Ingredients

1 package of phyllo dough (preferably handmade)

1 cup of yogurt

1/2 cup of oil

500g of white cheese

1 tsp of baking soda
Preparation
Beat the eggs with a mixer or by hand and add the oil.
Mix the baking soda into the yogurt (it will slightly rise, don't be surprised).
Combine the yogurt and baking soda with the eggs and oil. Crumble the cheese and add it as well.
Spread 1 sheet of dough (or 2 if thin) and brush it with the mixture.
Roll it up and arrange it spirally in a round baking dish, starting from the center.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
