Ingredients
  • mushrooms – 400 g
  • potatoes – 2 pcs
  • carrot – 1 pc
  • onion – 1 pc
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • vegetable broth – 800 ml
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • parsley – 1 tbsp
Preparation
  1. Chop the mushrooms, potatoes, carrot, and onion.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until soft.
  4. Add the potatoes and carrot.
  5. Pour in the broth.
  6. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
