Ingredients
  • cream – 400 ml
  • fresh milk – 200 ml
  • sugar – 120 g
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
  2. Heat the milk with the vanilla.
  3. Add the warm milk to the eggs while stirring.
  4. Return the mixture to the heat and cook until slightly thickened.
  5. Let it cool completely.
  6. Whip the cream.
  7. Mix with the cooled custard.
  8. Pour into a freezing container and stir periodically while freezing.
