Ingredients
  • 200 g oats
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g almonds
  • 30 g raisins
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Chop the walnuts and almonds into large pieces.
  3. Mix the oats, nuts, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Add the melted coconut oil and honey, and stir well.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  7. Remove and let cool, then add the raisins.
