almond flour – 50 g

parsley – 1/2 bunch
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the egg.
Add the crumbled cheese, almond flour, and spices.
Incorporate finely chopped garlic and parsley.
Mix well until homogeneous.
Shape into small meatballs.
Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the meatballs until golden on all sides (or bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes).
Remove and let rest slightly before serving.
