Ingredients
  • minced meat (beef or mixed) – 600 g
  • cheese (white brined) – 150 g
  • egg – 1 pc
  • almond flour – 50 g
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • parsley – 1/2 bunch
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the egg.
  2. Add the crumbled cheese, almond flour, and spices.
  3. Incorporate finely chopped garlic and parsley.
  4. Mix well until homogeneous.
  5. Shape into small meatballs.
  6. Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the meatballs until golden on all sides (or bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes).
  7. Remove and let rest slightly before serving.
