Ingredients
  • chicken thighs or wings – 800 g
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • flour – 150 g
  • fresh milk – 100 ml
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
  • paprika – 1 tsp
  • oil for frying – 500 ml
Preparation
  1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and spices.
  2. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk.
  3. Coat the chicken in flour.
  4. Dip in the egg mixture.
  5. Coat again in flour for a crispier crust.
  6. Heat the oil to 170–180°C.
  7. Fry the chicken until golden and cooked through (about 10–15 minutes).
  8. Remove to kitchen paper and serve.
