Spanish Omelette (Tortilla de patatas)

Ingredients
  • 200 g fried potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • oil
  • black pepper
Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. If you have ready fried potatoes, crumble them finely. If not, peel 2-3 medium potatoes, chop them, and fry.
  3. Once the potatoes and onion are ready, spread them evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  4. Pour the beaten eggs over the potatoes and onion, ensuring they are covered.
  5. After about 5 minutes, flip the omelette using a plate the same size as the pan.
  6. Finish cooking on the other side and serve on a suitable plate.
