Ingredients
  • dark chocolate (sugar-free) – 200 g
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • butter – 80 g
  • erythritol – 3 tbsp
  • cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
  • almond flour – 100 g
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate with the butter.
  2. Beat the eggs with the erythritol.
  3. Add the melted chocolate.
  4. Mix in the vanilla and cocoa powder.
  5. Add the almond flour.
  6. Stir well and pour the mixture into a mold.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
