Ingredients
  • burger buns – 4 pcs
  • ground beef – 500 g
  • cheese (or cheddar) – 4 slices
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs
  • pickles – 3 pcs
  • onion – 1/2 pcs
  • ketchup – 4 tbsp
  • mustard – 2 tbsp
  • olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Shape the ground beef into 4 burgers.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook them on a pan or grill until done.
  4. Place the cheese on the hot meat to melt.
  5. Cut and warm the buns.
  6. Spread with ketchup and mustard.
  7. Add tomatoes, pickles, and onion.
  8. Place the meat with cheese, close the burger.
  9. Serve.
