Ingredients

lemon juice – 1 tbsp

rose water (or vanilla) – 1 tsp

powdered sugar – 50 g
Preparation
Heat water with sugar until dissolved.
Add lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, dissolve starch in a little water.
Add the starch mixture to the syrup.
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add rose water or vanilla.
Pour the mixture into a tray.
Let it set for a few hours, then cut into cubes and roll in powdered sugar.
