Ingredients
  • 400 g beef
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the beef into thin strips.
  2. Chop the bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and onion.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan or wok.
  4. Fry the beef until golden.
  5. Add the vegetables and cook for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
