Ingredients
  • fresh milk – 500 ml
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • sugar – 120 g
  • flour – 3 tbsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • butter – 30 g
Preparation
  1. Heat the milk with the vanilla.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
  3. Add the flour and mix.
  4. Pour in the warm milk while stirring.
  5. Return the mixture to the heat.
  6. Cook until thickened while stirring constantly.
  7. Add the butter.
  8. Stir until smooth, let cool slightly, and serve.
