Ingredients
  • 500 g pork meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cut the meat into pieces.
  2. Chop the onion and pepper finely, and dice the tomatoes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan or casserole.
  4. Fry the meat until golden.
  5. Add the onion and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the tomatoes and spices.
  7. Let simmer on low heat for about 20–25 minutes until the meat is tender.
  8. Serve warm.
