Preparation
Cut the meat into pieces.
Chop the onion and pepper finely, and dice the tomatoes.
Heat the oil in a pan or casserole.
Fry the meat until golden.
Add the onion and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and spices.
Let simmer on low heat for about 20–25 minutes until the meat is tender.
Serve warm.
