Ingredients
  • chickpeas (cooked)
  • gluten-free oats
  • onion
  • garlic
  • carrot
  • olive oil
  • soy sauce
  • smoked paprika
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • whole grain bun (or vegan)
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • cucumber
  • vegan mayonnaise
Preparation
  1. Mash the chickpeas with the oats.
  2. Add grated carrot, finely chopped onion, and garlic.
  3. Season with soy sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form patties and let them set for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook them in a pan with a little olive oil until golden.
  6. Lightly toast the bun.
  7. Assemble the burger: bun → vegan mayonnaise → patty → vegetables → bun.
  8. Serve immediately.
