Ingredients
  • 100 g chia seeds
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
  1. Mix chia seeds in a bowl with coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well and let it soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir the pudding again and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Peel and dice the mango, then place it on top of the pudding before serving.
