Ingredients
  • spinach – 100 g
  • cucumber – 1 pc
  • green apple – 1 pc
  • avocado – 1/2 pc
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • ginger – 1 tsp (grated)
  • green tea (cooled) – 300 ml
  • chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • ice – 1 cup
Preparation
  1. Prepare the green tea and let it cool.
  2. Wash and chop the apple and cucumber.
  3. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  4. Add the green tea and ice.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Serve immediately
