Preparation
Spread the slices of bread with mayonnaise and mustard.
Layer the turkey on the bottom slice.
Add cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cover with a second slice of bread.
Optionally cut in half.
Serve.
