Ingredients
  • whole grain bread – 8 slices
  • turkey fillet or ham – 300 g
  • cheese or cheddar – 120 g
  • lettuce – 4 leaves
  • tomato – 2 pcs
  • cucumber – 1 pc
  • mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • mustard – 2 tbsp
  • salt – pinch
  • black pepper – pinch
Preparation
  1. Spread the slices of bread with mayonnaise and mustard.
  2. Layer the turkey on the bottom slice.
  3. Add cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber.
  4. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Cover with a second slice of bread.
  6. Optionally cut in half.
  7. Serve.
