Ingredients
  • 200 g pasta
  • 150 g bacon
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 50 g parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
  3. Heat a pan and fry the bacon until golden.
  4. Add the butter and stir.
  5. Pour in the cream and mix.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Add the grated parmesan and stir until melted.
  8. Mix the pasta with the sauce and stir well.
  9. Serve warm.
