Ingredients
  • flour – 250 g
  • butter – 120 g
  • sugar – 120 g
  • egg – 1 pc
  • baking powder – 1 tsp
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • chocolate (chunks) – 150 g
Preparation
  1. Cream the butter with the sugar.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla.
  3. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chunks.
  6. Shape into cookies.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.
