Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix all the nuts and seeds.
Add the salt and spices.
Optionally, add honey and mix well.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 10–15 minutes, stirring once.
Let it cool completely, Serve.
