Ingredients
  • 500 g minced meat (mixed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 50 ml water
Preparation
  1. Mix the minced meat with salt, black pepper, cumin, and baking soda.
  2. Add the water and knead well until homogeneous.
  3. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Shape the kebapcheta by hand.
  5. Grill or fry until golden and well-cooked.
  6. Serve warm.
