Ingredients
  • 200 g pasta
  • 200 g seafood
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Dice the tomato.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  5. Add the garlic and sauté briefly.
  6. Add the seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add the tomato and seasonings.
  8. Mix the pasta with the sauce and stir well.
  9. Serve warm.
