2 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp salt

a pinch of black pepper
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Dice the tomato.
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Add the garlic and sauté briefly.
Add the seafood and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the tomato and seasonings.
Mix the pasta with the sauce and stir well.
Serve warm.
