Ingredients
  • 800 g pork meat
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic
Preparation
  1. Cut the pork meat into larger pieces.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Mix the meat with oil, garlic, and spices.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1–1.5 hours.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
