3 cloves garlic
Preparation
Cut the pork meat into larger pieces.
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Mix the meat with oil, garlic, and spices.
Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Cover with foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 1–1.5 hours.
Remove the foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm.
