Ingredients
  • 150 g buckwheat
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g feta
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation
  1. Cook buckwheat according to package instructions and let cool.
  2. Chop avocado, cherry tomatoes, and onion.
  3. Mix cooked buckwheat with vegetables and feta.
  4. Add olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Mix well and serve.
