Ingredients
  • 400 g fish (fillet)
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 150 g red bell pepper
  • 100 g onion
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
Preparation
  1. Cut the vegetables into pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Soak the fish in the marinade for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Place the fish and vegetables on the grill.
  6. Cook the fish for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve hot.
