Ingredients

1 cup yogurt (250 ml)

1 tsp baking soda

280 g flour

150 ml oil

1 tsp vanilla

grated zest of 1 lemon

2 tbsp natural cocoa (heaping)
Preparation
In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, and lemon zest. Mix with a mixer until fluffy.
Gradually add oil while mixing, followed by yogurt with baking soda.
Sift in the flour and mix with a spatula.
Divide the batter in half; stir cocoa into one half.
Prepare a 26 cm springform pan with parchment paper, grease with butter, and lightly flour.
Pour 2 tbsp of the white batter in the center, then add 1 tbsp of the cocoa batter, alternating until all is used.
Bake at 170 degrees for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
