Ingredients
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 30g vanilla soy protein
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin flour
  • 200ml water
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 handful of goji berries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 physalis
Preparation
  1. Blend all ingredients except for the hemp seeds, blueberries, and goji berries in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Decorate with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Best enjoyed after an intense workout.
