Crispy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
  • 500 grams of Thin Dough
  • 900 grams of Pumpkin
  • 200 grams of Sugar
  • 180 grams of Walnuts
  • 1/2 cup of Oil
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Cinnamon
Preparation
  1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Sauté it with 2 tablespoons of oil and a little sugar until softened.
  2. Once the water evaporates, remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Roll out the dough for the pie. Brush each sheet with a little oil and distribute some pumpkin on top.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and crushed walnuts. Then roll the sheets well and place them in a greased baking tray.
  5. Continue rolling until all ingredients are used. Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
