Ingredients
  • 6 ready-made layers
  • CREAM
  • 250g butter
  • 400g white chocolate
  • 800g sour cream (preferably with a higher %)
  • 400ml whipped cream
  • 2/3 vanilla
  • 300g raspberries
  • GLAZE
  • 50ml liquid cream
  • 100g white chocolate
  • 1 tsp butter
Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a water bath, then cool it down.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool, then mix with the butter.
  3. Gradually add the sour cream, mixing well, then add vanilla and finally the whipped cream using a spatula.
  4. Layer the cake with the cream until all ingredients are used, adding raspberries in the first two layers on top of the cream.
  5. Prepare the glaze by heating the cream without boiling, adding crushed chocolate and butter, and mixing until smooth.
  6. Let the glaze cool slightly, then pour it over the cake. Decorate the cake as desired.
