Tuna with Beans

Ingredients
  • white beans (cooked or canned) – 400 g
  • tuna (canned
  • drained) – 2 pcs (about 300 g)
  • red onion – 1 pc
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs
  • parsley – 1/2 bunch
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Preparation
  1. Drain the beans and tuna and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Finely chop the tomatoes and onion.
  3. Add them to the beans and tuna.
  4. Stir in the finely chopped parsley.
  5. Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Gently mix and let it sit for 5–10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  7. Serve as a salad or a light main dish.
