Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 250 ml fresh milk (or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • a few ice cubes
Preparation
  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass.
  5. Serve immediately
