Ingredients

miso paste – 3 tbsp

water or vegetable broth – 1 l

tofu – 200 g

seaweed (wakame) – 10 g

green onion – 3 stalks

mushrooms (button or shiitake) – 150 g

soy sauce – 1 tbsp

sesame oil – 1 tsp
Preparation
Heat the water or broth until hot, but do not boil vigorously.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Add the cubed tofu and seaweed.
In a small bowl, dissolve the miso paste with a little broth.
Add it back to the pot (do not boil afterwards to preserve health benefits).
Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
Garnish with finely chopped green onion.
Serve warm.
