200 g chicken fillet

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation
Cut the chicken and fry until cooked.
Wash and chop the vegetables.
Place them in a bowl.
Add the chicken.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, mustard, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Serve.
