Preparation
Chop the mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter.
Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
Pour in the broth.
Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Blend until smooth.
Stir in the cream, season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Heat for another 2–3 minutes.
Serve.
