Ingredients
  • 2 beef steaks
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
  1. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking.
  2. Brush them with oil on both sides.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Heat a pan or grill over high heat.
  5. Cook the steaks for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
  6. Let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
