Ingredients
  • flour – 250 g
  • eggs – 3 pcs
  • sugar – 150 g
  • fresh milk – 150 ml
  • oil – 100 ml
  • baking powder – 1 packet
  • vanilla – 1 tsp
  • lemon zest – 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add the milk and oil.
  3. Stir in the vanilla and lemon zest.
  4. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the mixture.
  6. Pour into a cake mold.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
