Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 ml fresh milk
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 2–3 mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
Preparation
  1. Chop the bell pepper, tomato, and mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. Beat the eggs with the milk, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
  5. Cook on medium heat until the omelette sets.
  6. Fold if desired and serve warm.
