Pasta with Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  • 200 g pasta
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic briefly.
  4. Add the cream and stir.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan and stir until melted.
  7. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  8. Serve warm.
