Preparation
Cut the chicken and fry until golden.
Wash and tear the iceberg lettuce.
Prepare the dressing with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic.
Place the salad in a bowl.
Add the chicken and croutons.
Drizzle with the dressing.
Gently toss and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Serve.
